Jonilicious, the author of Meido Form and HTML packages asked for someone to take over, as he didn't have the time to maintain them any longer.
The Form and HTML packages have now been ported to my github repo (https://github.com/JonoB).
I will not be updating any code in the Form package, since L4 now has this all in core. I have also not published this package on Packagist, so it will not be available via composer. I will, however, leave the code available in my repo (https://github.com/JonoB/form) for now.
I will maintain HTML for the time being. L4 now has its own Html class and it is therefore likely that Meido HTML will be obsolete in the near future too. I have published this package to Packagist as Jonob/HTML so it is available via composer.

I am getting this error upon installing:
Error: Class 'Jonob\HTML\HTMLServiceProvider' not found in /vendor/laravel/framework/src/Illuminate/Foundation/ProviderRepository.php line 123
Could you please rename /vendor/jonob/html/src/Meido Directory to Jonob, so that it works.
